NBA Odds: Bulls up against West teams in week ahead

After knocking off LeBron James and the Miami Heat on the weekend the Chicago Bulls will enter the week ahead with confidence as they prepare to take on each of the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, and Sacramento Kings to highlight the NBA betting slate at the sportsbooks.

Chicago first hits the hardwood on Tuesday night this week as they play host to the Spurs, a team they beat 96-86 as a 7.5-point road underdog on the NBA odds in their first meeting of the season on January 29. That was the third UNDER result in the past four games between the two teams.

The Bulls will then play host to the Houston Rockets on Thursday night, with Houston knocking off Chicago by a score of 109-94 as an 8-point favorite at home in their most recent meeting on December 18. The Rockets are 5-0 ATS in their last five games against the Bulls dating back to 2010.

Chicago then wraps up its week ahead on Saturday when it gets a visit from the Sacramento Kings, who beat them 99-70 as a 1.5-point home favorite on the NBA betting lines back on February 3. That was the Bulls' fourth straight ATS defeat at the hands of the Kings dating back to 2012.

The Heat, meanwhile, are back in action on Monday at home against Washington, on a night where the NBA betting slate also includes notable matchups Toronto at Brooklyn and Phoenix at the Clippers. The UNDER has paid out eight times in the last 10 games between the Suns and the Clippers.

Along with San Antonio at Chicago on Tuesday night the schedule will also include Boston at Indiana, Dallas at Golden State, and Houston at Oklahoma City. The Rockets have lost each of their last three games against the Thunder - both SU and ATS.

The Heat will get a visit from the Nets on Wednesday this week, with Portland at San Antonio and Golden State at the Clippers also on tap for the night, while the Thunder will play host to the Lakers on Thursday night. Los Angeles is 2-8 SU and 4-5-1 ATS in its past 10 games against Oklahoma City.

On Friday the Heat will play host to the Nuggets, with the Lakers at San Antonio, and the Clippers at Utah, while Saturday's top game is Brooklyn at Washington. The Nets and Wizards have met twice already this season, with Washington winning both of those contests SU and ATS.

Finally, Sunday's top matchups are Phoenix at Toronto, Dallas at Oklahoma City, Golden State at Portland, and Houston at Miami. Houston got past Miami by a score of 106-103 as a 1.5-point home favorite on the NBA betting lines on March 4, and they're 3-0 ATS against the Heat in their last three meetings.
